Yangtze exceeds its banks
There was announced the extreme situation in two provinces of China. 47 thousands people were evacuated from central areas of Chine- where the strong flood on the Yangtze river , as well as last year, threatens with crash of dam. The water level at Chenglingji, where the Yangtze meets Dongting Lake, up to this moment is going to 31,2meters. If the water raises for 35 centimeters the terrible accident will be. There have been 240 victims of floods this year.
